What’s in it?
Juice of 1 lime
1 tsp granulated brown sugar
Small handful mint leaves
60ml white rum
soda water, to taste
How to make it:
Lightly crush the mint leaves and mix with the sugar and lime.
Add the rum and crushed ice and soda water to taste. Lush.
