People from all over the world visit Marie-Claude Delahaye at the Musée de l’Absinthe in Auvers-sur-Oise.  Last weekend she had a visit from Absinthe enthusiast and retailer Niels Rosselet-Christ from the birthplace of Absinthe; the Val-de-Travers in Switzerland.   After the visit Niels tasted La Fée Parisienne and gave a very favourable review: “very herby with a floral nose.  Well balanced, rounded in the mouth, refreshing”  He also found “that it was quite like some of the new green absinthes from the Val-de Travers, which makes a nice bridge between the two countries”.  Can’t say better than that!
