Happy St Patricks Day, Why Not celebrate with this lovely Cocktail Recipe using La Fée Absinthe, from the Difford’s Guide. enjoy! (and share your pics!)

Serve in a Coupe Glass
Photographed in a Retro Couple Engraved 7.75oz
Garnish: Mint Leaf or Shamrock pegged to the rim
How to make: SHAKE first 6 ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass, TOP with splash Soda

1 dash La Fée Parisienne Absinthe ( or 2-3 if you fancy a stronger absinthe infusion)
50ml Jameson Black Barrell blended Irish Whisky
10ml Green Chartreuse ( or alternative herbal liqueur)
10ml Giffard Green Crème de Menthe
10ml Lime juice ( Freshly Squeezed)
10ml Monin Pure Cane sugar syrup(65.0°brix, equivalent to 2 sugar to 1 water)
10ml Soda ( club soda ) water
