Tasting Notes
La Fée Parisienne Absinthe Supérieure
Upon dilution, the aroma reveals a blend of sandalwood spice and fresh herbal notes. The palate unfolds with rich, earthy wormwood, harmoniously balanced by zesty citrus and fragrant coriander, complemented by a light yet warming anise flavor. The eight herbs and spices are expertly balanced, offering a smooth, creamy texture. The finish is dry and lingering, marked by a bittersweet wormwood essence and a subtle, numbing sensation – a refined and refreshing experience.
