La Fée Parisienne is an authentic quintessential Verte (green) Absinthe Supérieure, crafted using all-natural ingredients and colour derived from maceration, all using carefully selected herbs and spices. Distilled in the Rhône Alpes France, it boasts a classic strength of 68% ABV. La Fée is uniquely distilled with a blend of three distinct Artemisia plants at its core: Grand Absinthe (Artemisia absinthium), Petit Absinthe (Artemisia Pontica), and Genepi (Genepi Artemisia), the heart of authentic absinthe recipe ~ this is complemented by a harmonious combination of Green and Star Anise, Fennel, Hyssop, and Coriander. This complex blend of botanicals creates a distinctive flavour profile that embodies the essence of traditional absinthe.

The Fine Art of Distilling & Blending In the production of La Fée Parisienne, each of the eight botanicals is individually distilled, rather than being combined in a single distillation process. This meticulous approach allows the full character of each botanical to be captured in its purest form. The resulting distillates are then expertly blended by the master distiller, following a precise recipe that is approved by the French Absinthe Museum. This labour-intensive method, though more time- consuming than a single distillation, ensures that the unique qualities of La Fée Absinthe Supérieure are consistently replicated, maintaining its exceptional quality and taste with every bottle. Upon dilution, the aroma reveals a blend of sandalwood spice and fresh herbal notes. The palate unfolds with rich, earthy wormwood, harmoniously balanced by zesty citrus and fragrant coriander, complemented by a light yet warming anise flavor. The eight herbs and spices are expertly balanced, offering a smooth, creamy texture.
