New Orleans’ Tales of the Cocktail 2008: Training at the Old Absinthe House
The La Fée team took great pleasure in educating the staff of the Old Absinthe House – one of the the spiritual homes of absinthe culture in the United States. Three sessions took place, followed by a presentation to Old Absinthe House owner Yousef Jobert Salem of traditional absinthe glassware and sterling silver absinthe spoons. In return for this, the La Fée team were treated to a phenomenal meal and a night out in New Orleans to remember.
