2. Placing an Order

 

By placing an order with us, you:

Confirm all information provided is accurate and complete.

Acknowledge that placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase — we are not obligated to accept it.

Will receive an order confirmation email once payment is processed.

 We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including:

Stock unavailability

Suspected fraudulent activity

Age verification failure

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order.

We accept major debit/credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to update prices without notice but will honour prices displayed at the time of your confirmed order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to UK and international addresses where permitted by local alcohol laws.

Delivery charges, timescales, and tracking information are provided at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only — we are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone aged 18 or over is available to sign for deliveries containing alcohol.

5. Returns & Refunds – Dry Goods Only

 

Your statutory rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We accept returns only for non-consumable dry goods (e.g., merchandise, glassware, apparel) under the following conditions:

• You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

• You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

• Once the return is received and approved, a refund or exchange will be processed promptly.

⚠️ Please Note: Due to health, safety, and licensing regulations, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages or any opened consumable product, unless it is damaged or faulty upon delivery.

Faulty or damaged dry goods will be replaced or refunded at no extra cost.

6. International Orders

 

If you are purchasing from outside the UK:

You are responsible for checking that alcohol importation is permitted in your country.

You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions.

We cannot be held liable for packages delayed or seized by customs.
