Marie-Claude Delayhaye of the Musée de l’Absinthe in Auvers-sur-Oise was invited by Philippe Jugé, organiser of France Quintessence to talk about Absinthe and give tastings of La Fée Parisienne Absinthe Supérieure.  The show was must see for all fans of liqueurs and spirits with cocktail bars and the chance to taste spirits from all over France.

Without a fountain, it was hard to show the drop by drop presentation of La Fée Parisienne Absinthe!  The napkin was soaked!  It was easier in the olden days when “absinthe professors” would explain how to take a glass of absinthe.  Despite that, La Fée was enjoyed by all and louched well in the glasses.
